The views and beach was Totally beautiful. The wander to your beach is what I loved the most. The house alone will not be in good shape. It's previous and very outdated. The household furniture was not comfortable in the slightest degree and never good with small kids due to very pointy edges, the mattresses need being thrown out and new ones brought in. You can feel the springs when laying on them. I did love you had two king beds that was nice.
